MONCTON, New Brunswick, Canada (September 29, 2014) – Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has successfully completed delivery of Quality Assurance System Testing for The Wyoming Lottery (WyoLotto™), which made history on August 24th by selling its first ticket. With the delivery of lottery systems quality assurance testing by GLI, the Wyoming Lottery was able to launch its first lottery game.
“We were very pleased the Wyoming Lottery chose GLI and our Professional Services Division to conduct this crucial, thorough systems quality assurance testing project,” GLI Professional Services Director Gregory Doucette said. “Since creating the Professional Services Division in 2011, we have carefully assembled a staff consisting of the industry’s foremost leading experts, and the Wyoming Lottery, like our other clients, can choose GLI, confident that their systems quality assurance testing projects are carried out by the industry’s best.”
Jon Clontz, CEO of WyoLotto™ said, “The Launch of the Wyoming Lottery has been a rewarding and exciting experience. To set foot on the ground last October and be opening a lottery 10 1Ž2 months later is a remarkable achievement! An even more remarkable outcome is that we launched the lottery without any major systems, technology or point-of-sale problems. This was a very smooth launch, executed with persistent attention to detail and precision. The combined high quality experience of our testing lab, GLI, our gaming vendor INTRALOT, and LOTTERY staff proved to be a formula for success. My staff, GLI, Elsym and the INTRALOT team logged countless hours to include weekends ensuring benchmarks, deadlines and milestone objectives were met. GLI, INTRALOT, Elsym and my team maintained a constant team-oriented attitude and a positive and motivating drive that led to a successful launch with no major concerns.”
