GLI provides technical geolocation testing services to iGaming operators who have implemented mechanisms or third-party software to pinpoint the actual location of the gamblers on their sites.

1. GLI provides an assessment of when geo checks occur, frequency, etc. (i.e. Is the client restricting from any options within the site other than play when located outside of a certain jurisdiction? Is there a time interval on the frequency of geo checks when playing? Does this time interval change when near a border?)

a. Details on whether play is restricted to only the jurisdictional residents, only country residents, or if anyone is eligible if of age and found to be in a Province or State

b. Details on process, policy, and/or procedures for whether full authorization is performed at the time of registration or whether temporary authorization is provided based on an initial lookup with a 30-day or similar period for additional confirmation instituted

2. Details of all features, configurations, settings, etc. related to geolocation, Know Your Customer (KYC), and/or payment services.

3. If implemented and in scope, the list of all individual player exclusions.
